Privacy policy and the use of cookies

1. Service operating on the website (hereinafter: "Website") does not collect any information automatically, except for those contained in cookies.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User's device and are intended for using the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website of their origin, period of time they are stored them by the terminal device and a unique number.

3. An entity that places cookies on the Website User`s terminal device and gains access to them is the Website operator, i.e. Quality Missala filed into the business activity register kept by President of the Capital City of Warsaw at the number: 1406, ul. Kędzierskiego 3B, 01-493 Warsaw.

Cookies are used: a) to adopt the Website content to the preferences of the User and optimize use of the websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Website User and accordingly display a website tailored to his individual needs; b) to create statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the websites, what allows to improve structure and content of the websites; c) to maintain the Website User's session (after logging in), so the User does not have to re-enter login and password on every subpage of the Website.

Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in User`s terminal device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). The purpose of Quality Missala is to provide the Website Users with protection of privacy at a level at least equivalent to the standards set in applicable legal regulations, in particular in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data, in the Act of July 18, 2002 on electronic way of services performance and in the Act of July 16, 2004 Telecommunication Law.
