Utterly elegant and of deep historical significance, the Illuminated letters in The Private Collection were chosen as a nod to the graphical designs found Clive Christian’s OBE, an honour given in recognition of his services to British luxury design.

Complex and evocative, this pair delves into Clive’s work as the charismatic doyen of luxury interiors. While an elaborate, joyful fusion of mandarin, jasmine and patchouli characterises both I Woody Floral and Clive’s work; I Amber Oriental meanwhile fuses earthy juniper berry, davana and fir balsam to conjure the scent of his master workshop.
