Jupier Volume Mascara WP is waterproof mascara that uses water-repelling resin. This resin has a high capability to keep the form of eyelashes and helps keep eyelashes up that were curled upwards with an eyelash curler.

It consists of “Double-flowered Cherry Petal Powder” which closely traces eyelashes to make each eyelash thick. A hard brush is adopted which absorbs the mascara liquid well and is less likely to allow clots to form.
