Quality Missala Perfumery Gift Card Terms and Conditions

§ 1

General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using gift cards issued by Quality Missala Perfumery, hereinafter referred to as the "Perfumery."

1.2. The issuer of the gift cards is Quality Missala, registered in the business register managed by the President of the City of Warsaw under number 1406, located at ul. Kędzierskiego 3B, 01-493 Warsaw, NIP: 527-025-16-25, REGON: 011014195, and operating the online store at PerfumeriaQuality.pl

1.3. Purchasing and using a gift card signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions by the cardholder.

§ 2

Purchase and Value of Gift Cards

2.1. Gift cards are available in selected denominations (e.g., 100 PLN, 200 PLN, 300 PLN, 500 PLN, 1000 PLN) and can be purchased both online and at Quality Missala Perfumery's physical locations in Warsaw and Wrocław.

2.2. The gift card is non-personalized, meaning it can be transferred to another person.

§ 3

Using the Gift Card

3.1. The gift card can only be used to purchase products available at Quality Missala Perfumery locations in Warsaw and Wrocław, as well as in the online store PerfumeriaQuality.pl

3.2. The gift card can be used to pay for the full or partial amount of an order. If the order value exceeds the card’s balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

3.3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part for unused balances.

§ 4

Card Validity Period

4.1. The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

4.2. After the expiration date, the card loses its value and cannot be used for purchases.

4.3. Card reloading is only available at Quality Missala Perfumery locations in Warsaw and Wrocław. Each reload extends the card's validity to a full 24 months.

§ 5

Returns and Complaints

5.1. Products purchased with a gift card are subject to the standard return and complaint policies of the Perfumery.

5.2. Returning products purchased with a gift card results in the issuance of a new gift card or the reloading of the existing card with an amount equal to the price of the returned product.

§ 6

Loss and Damage of the Card

6.1. The Perfumery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards after issuance, nor for third-party access to the card code.

6.2. In case of card damage or issues with reading the card, the customer should contact the Perfumery’s customer service.

§ 7

Final Provisions

7.1. The Perfumery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.

7.2. These terms and conditions are available on the Perfumery’s website and at its physical stores in Warsaw and Wrocław.
