What is Blue Matcha?

We know matcha for its green color, which is in fact a very fine

powder of ground green tea. But there is also blue matcha, whose color is 100% natural! Blue matcha is made from the flowers of the Clitoria Ternatea, also known as the butterfly pea flower. It is made using a process very similar to that of regular Matcha. The flowers are hand-picked, dried, and then ground into a very fine powder.



At first, a slightly powdery green freshness note, could it be a tea fragrance?
