The artistic expression of two Italian talents, Domitilla Biondi Paper Poetry and Iris Roth Ceramic Artist, for the new olfactory project 2022 by THoO. Contemporary sculptures made with paper and clay, elegant expressive shapes in balance with the environment and nature combined with bottles that recall the colours of matter, and formulations in the inspirations of the two artists.

In 2022 THoO chooses the purest creativity, nature, organic work, passion for aesthetics and craftsmanship as its absolute protagonists. A new chapter that tells us about ancient workmanship, which sometimes preserves that unpredictability of the result that contributes to the richness and uniqueness of each piece thanks to the materials. The same craftsmanship and search for uniqueness that distinguishes the creations of THoO bottles.

SACRED GROOVE

Domitilla Biondi Paper Poetry is the Italian artist behind THoO's next collaboration. Domitilla creates uniquely inspired miniature poetic bas-reliefs carved in paper and porcelain.

Her art vibrates at a distinctly 'feminine' frequency, where feminine means Yin, the Sacred Feminine present in every man/woman. The Feminine - as the energetic polarity inherent in the human being, regardless of sexual gender - is that aspect of being which governs the qualities of Creativity, Inspiration, Intuition, Nature and Spirituality.

The perfume that will narrate his Art will capture precisely this energetic aspect of the human being as a biological machine. So that the visual and olfactory channels are in tune - therefore aligned in terms of sensory stimulation - to fully capture the soul of those who will experience it.

The artist's favourite notes are "sweet and enveloping like mimosa, jasmine, helichrysum, lavender, white truffle, human skin because sweet/warm brings back the experience of maternal contact at birth, and therefore stimulates the highest memory of comfort, protection and care: all characteristics inherent to the polarity of the Feminine that we carry within each of us".
